Before his entrepreneurial venture with Egan Home Health Hospice, he was an eight-year administrator for a prestigious psychiatric hospital. During this time, he gained valuable experience in managing complex healthcare operations and ensuring the well-being of patients.

Today, his daughter is a highly skilled head and neck and plastic surgeon who manages a horse farm. He enjoys participating in his daughter's equine endeavors and continues to nurture his love for horses alongside her. Additionally, he is currently engaged in another exciting project as he is developing a 1200-acre cattle ranch with two of his sons, further reflecting his connection to and passion for nature and animals.
